At Exeltech, we continue to evaluate and implement the most effective use of advanced thinking and technology. We sustain our leadership in engineering and environmental services by recruiting employees with a passion for technical excellence. To meet the needs of employees and clients alike we don't stop there.

Our investments in training have so far fallen into two categories. First, we encourage participation in outsourced continuing education programs for new and emerging technologies.

Second, our leaders share their passion by mentoring staff in training events ranging from Leadership and Project Management to Design and Drafting advances. Exeltech leaders also participate as corporate citizens helping our clients and smaller businesses achieve their full potential. Last year Exeltech provided three Project Management courses to various clients and the Federal Government's Small Business Administration participants.
