Douglas is a highly experienced transportation engineer with over 30 years of experience in the development and execution of transportation and structural projects, and extensive expertise in bridge design. He provides project management, owner’s representative, and engineering services to Exeltech’s public agency clients.

Play

Douglas’s enjoyment of construction projects and following plans extends to his leisure activities. Outside of the office, he builds models of all types, including LEGO®, classic, and wood models. Douglas’s wife takes his habit of frequently pointing out interesting bridge features in stride.
