Environmental and Planning Services Exeltech’s environmental planning specialists manage transportation alternatives analysis tasks, prepare planning, and environmental reports and documentation, and manage environmental studies complying with NEPA, SEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act as well as obtain local, state, and federal permits for projects.
