Damoon has expertise in designing structures in high seismic zones, particularly port and harbor facilities. A versatile structural engineer, he is fluent in concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and cold-form design, including design of wood- and steel-framed structures. Damoon is proficient in analysis and design of micro-pile steel tower and deck structures; retrofit design of masonry buildings; and design of multi-story tilt-up structures, bridges, floating structures, and commercial and industrial facilities.

Outside of work, Damoon enjoys outdoor activities like picnics and road trips. He has an active lifestyle and tries to head to the gym a couple of times a week.
