Ian has 30 years of experience in inspection, design, maintenance, and repair of roadways and bridge structures. He is a regional expert on moveable bridges and has managed all aspects of moveable bridge, major river crossing, and complex urban design projects—including planning and alternative delivery selection, environmental, design, and construction.
