Michelle has been in the finance and accounting arena for her entire career, with the past 20 years solely in the A&E industry. As Exeltech's Finance, Administration, and HR Director, she supports the firm's employees, managers, and clients.

Outside of work, Michelle loves to read, paddleboard, ride her bike, and hike. Living in Montana gives her access to lots of outdoor activities she enjoys.
