Philip has more than 15 years of experience in bridge design, inspection, analysis, rehabilitation, and load rating. He is proficient in design of steel and concrete bridges, navigation structures, and retaining walls; construction scheduling; and cost and quantities estimating.  

Play

Outside of work, Philip likes to spend time with his family playing board games, going out for dinner, or going out for a walk. He also likes to collect vintage/limited edition items such as Coca-Cola products, Campbell products, video games, and video systems.
