Santosh is President and owner of Exeltech Consulting, Inc. He is a strategic thinker and a problem solver and has been a valued and trusted engineering advisor to local, state, and federal agencies. Over the last 35 years he has managed the design and construction of roadways, bridges, tunnels, waterfront facilities, buildings, and site developments. Santosh serves as Engineering Representative on the Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) and co-chairs CPARB's Business Equity/Diverse Business Inclusion Committee.

Play

Outside of work, Santosh enjoys time with family, traveling (he’s more than halfway through list of places in the book "1000 Places to See Before You Die”), and repertory theatre (in particular, Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, OR).
