Work

Theresa has 25 years of industry experience as a structural engineering consulting professional. She is conversant with code requirements and analytical procedures, including IBC 2021, ASCE 7-16, ACI 318-19 Concrete Design, 15th Edition AISC Steel Construction Manual, and NDS 2021 Wood Design. She has designed commercial buildings, parking garages, municipal pedestrian bridges, residential towers, mixed-use high rise, wastewater treatment facilities, and various new and remodels for mega-resorts, hospitality, and educational facilities. She has designed the repair and restoration of damaged structures, including retrofit of historical buildings, to enhance life and structural performance. She has led project coordination and consulting services during design development phase, producing reports and proposing design options for stakeholders to assist in the final architectural design and structural support.

In her off hours, Theresa enjoys the outdoors, gardening and playing pickleball. She practices Bikram yoga and is mom to doggies Connie and Freddie.
