Exeltech provides on-call services to the Port of Olympia to support projects at Port facilities. For the Commerce Business Center Roofing Replacement project in Lacey, Exeltech inspected the building roof, developed construction documents and engineers cost estimate for the roofing replacement, and provided bid support and construction management support. Exeltech participated in the prebid walkthough with Contractors and assisted the Port in the review of bids and Contractor selection. During construction, Exeltech responded to Contractor RFIs, provided submittal review and approval, prepared contract addenda, reviewed proposed change orders and associated fees, reviewed construction documents, and attended progress check-in meetings with the Port and Contractor.
