Washington Street Boat Landing Pergola Seismic Retrofit and Platform Replacement

Exeltech provided design of the replacement pile-supported concrete platform structure as part of the seismic retrofit upgrade of the historic Washington Street Boat Landing Pergola on the downtown Seattle waterfront. The one-story, steel structure was built in 1920. It has a 3,956 sq ft footprint.

Historic Seattle presented the City with the 2019 Preservation Celebration Preserving Neighborhood Character Award, honoring the work to preserve Seattle’s waterfront.
