Exeltech provided project management, alternatives analysis, conceptual design, civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, hydraulics/hydrology modeling and analysis, drainage engineering, traffic engineering, roadway design, environmental permitting and documentation, site restoration and mitigation design, final PS&E, and construction support services. The project replaced an existing corrugated metal pipe culvert with a new concrete box and headwalls with fish passage enhancements to meet WDFW standards. Environmental services included development of environmental documentation, critical areas impact assessment, and preparation of permit plans.
Removing this culvert blockage has provided a significant fishery improvement for the Lake Joy basin.
